Service Description
Don't feel like you need our 6 session package, despite the benefits it has (free maintenance pack walks for life, progressive training assistance working towards a goal with a customized plan, and training resource documents and complimentary training tools)? Book individual training sessions with us and we can focus on your specific need. Benefits of this option is being able to book per session at your convenience. Please note, that many initial sessions are a revamp of communication and learning about our training methods, and there simply is no way around the foundational skills. This will depend on you and your dog's training experience. Pack walks, training tools and recap emails are NOT included in this option. Initial Consultation Required ($109.00 + tax) *Travel Fee Outside of Abbotsford & Mission applies (for gas and time): Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge $15.00/session Surrey, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Poco, Pitt Meadows, Burnaby: $20.00/session Vancouver/Hope: $25.00/session
Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. Private Sessions: Once the program has begun, there is no refund. Clients can reschedule a session up to 12 hours in advanced with no penalty. Less than 12 hours notice will count as a missed session. We understand that people get sick. We will make exceptions for illness, but if we see a trend, we will be counting sessions as missed. For State of Mind Day Training Program: If illness arises, we can work together to make up another day. Once you have started the State of Mind Program, you cannot cancel or reschedule.
