E-Collar Implementation Program
Learn how to safely and humanely conditioning your dog to an E-collar and experience the freedom!
Service Description
$475.00 + tax *THIS IS NOT A BEHAVIORAL PROGRAM* This program is designed to teach you, the dog handler, how to safely initiate and condition your dog to an e-collar. An e-collar is beneficial for clear communication, reinforcing known behaviors (accountability), stopping unwanted behaviors, enhanced obedience and off-leash reliability. We will discuss the use and function of the tool, handling and troubleshooting. Includes: - 4 x 1:1 sessions (60-75 minutes) - Education on the anatomy of the tool, processes in the dog's brain, safe conditioning - Resource documents - Customized written follow-ups Pre-Requisite: - Dog MUST know "place" command and "heel" command and have a clear Verbal Marker/Communication system. - This is not a behavioral program. If you are looking for further training in reactivity with e-collar, we highly recommend the Mindset Reset Program Initial Consultation Required ($109.00 + tax) *Travel Fee Outside of Abbotsford & Mission applies (for gas and time): A. Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge $80.00 for entire program B. Surrey, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Poco, Pitt Meadows: $130.00 for entire program C. Burnaby, Richmond, New West, Delta, Vancouver/Hope: $200.00 for entire program *Program to be completed within 3 months: First session is a Foundation and E-Collar Anatomy Session, Second session is the first E-Collar introduction session, the third session is to be completed 1 week after the introduction session, then fourth session* **Owner responsible for cost of the Mini Educator by E-Collar Technologies**
Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Private Sessions: Once the program has begun, there is no refund. Clients can reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advanced with no penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will count as a missed session. We understand that people get sick. We will make exceptions for illness, but if we see a trend, we will be counting sessions as missed.
